I hate when the frost arrives – but love it too – because it is just beautiful how the plants look when adorned with the ice crystals.
KFG – I was nervous for the chickens but they seem not to mind the cold one bit. They do seem a little annoyed about the grass-cickles though since as soon as I let them out in the morning they go tearing out to eat some grass. It’s amazing how much of their diet is green!
