Nice! Thanks for the tip. Next summer I’m going to be scouting out more farms since it’s $8/# for legumes at the farmers market and that makes them way too pricey for me.

by the way, alvarez farms has garbanzo beans in the summer (wallingford and ballard markets). doesn’t help you now, but maybe in 6 months!
