		<description>Thanks ESP - I am close to posting the muffin recipe.  I want to make it 1 more time successfully using whole wheat pastry flour since not everyone has spelt and they do come out differently.

KFG - gardening takes precedence sometimes right?  Plus I rarely use a recipe.  I cook &quot;au bloomers&quot;.  By the seat of my pants.</description>
