Real Food Fundamentals eCourse

Learn the fundamentals of traditional cooking in a 14-lesson multi-media online class!

I want to point out an amazing opportunity that I wish had been around when I first pledged to only eat real food. Fellow blogger Wardeh in Oregon has an amazing blog and real food story to share. I’ve been following her blog for the last year and a half, learning about how to sprout grain, prepare traditional foods in a way that nourishes our families and watched with envy this spring as she and her family have gotten goats and ducks.

Wardeh is one of my favorite real food bloggers because she is so gracious, so giving and so genuine. She has taught me so much about real food and whenever I need a recipe for a pantry staple, like say tortillas, I know I can find it in her archives.

She has spent a considerable amount of time this winter preparing an ecourse that teaches others who are overwhelmed the fundamentals of preparing real food. In the last several weeks, despite the hundreds of hours she and her family have spent preparing the class, they have made a personal decision to only ask for donations instead of set fees for the class. She didn’t want to turn anyone away for lack of funds. And that is why I love her. She is one of the most genuinely caring, compassionate women I’ve ever virtually met.

So if you are at all interested in learning how to prepare nourishing, real food this is where I recommend you start.

I completely agree! Wardeh is a wonderful person. And the class that her family has created is spectacular. Now to be offering it the way she is (donation only) is amazing. But at the same time, it is so Wardeh to do that.

Millie, I heart Wardeh. And her story of overcoming so many familial food allergies with real food is simply amazing.

I heart you both back! I love how you said “I’ve ever virtually met” – I’m thankful to have met both of you virtually.

Thanks for helping me spread the word, Annette. :)
