According to www.Random.org the winner is Lydia. Congratulations! Please email me at annette (at) pollywogbaby (dot) com so we can get you the teaplant and pot.
If anyone else is interested in getting a tea plant locally (or a yuzu or shiso or sancho pepper or hardy ginger or horseradish or or or feel free to visit Rockridge Orchard at just about any of our local farmer’s markets or their country store to make arrangements. Some items they can only dig up during certain times of the year but if it’s possible they will do it for you!
If you are interested in the tea pot it came from www.MountainRoseHerbs.com. That is where I get many of my spices and lotion making items. They very carefully source all their ingredients so I feel better buying from them. This year’s recall of tainted food from Chinese pepper has made me very choosy about whom I buy my spices from!
This week I’ll be posting directions on how to process tea from your own plants: white, green, black and oolong. Thanks so much for entering!
